Full Journal pdf1999-05-15 House Journal Page 1465 HB 209 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1430) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 209 "An Act amending the size of grants for which the Alaska Science and Technology Foundation must allocate at least 50 percent of endowment income and amending the maximum amount of the grant that the Alaska Science and Technology Foundation may award for development of the Kodiak launch complex and Fairbanks satellite ground station space park; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 209(FIN) (same title) 1999-05-15 House Journal Page 1466 HB 209 There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 209, thus adopting SCS HB 209(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 209?" Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS HB 209(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
